GOODBYE ELFIS

On Christmas Eve morning we woke up to find a special letter from Elfis… it was a good bye letter (and he also brought some reindeer food for that night)

The note stated that we could touch Elfis for one whole day and he wouldn’t loose his magic. Peyton was almost nervous…but, when she finally grabbed him up, she gave him a big hug!. Elfis went everywhere with her all morning . It was precious!

and then it was Brody’s turn….it melted me watching him give him hugs like sissy did

On Christmas Eve night, Peyton had a hard time telling Elfis goodbye. she gave him the biggest hug…even bailey hugged him goodbye (peyton wanted all of us to) her face is priceless in the pic below while bailey is hugging him… (kinda breaks your heart, doesn’t it!?!?)

Having Elfis a part of our Christmas again this year definitely added to the magic. We can’t wait until he comes back next year!! We miss him already!

SANTA’S COOKIES

The day before Christmas eve after church we came home and baked some cookies for Santa, the girls did a really good job.. Brody even “helped” too for a bit.

BUILD A BEAR

On Sat the 22nd we took Peyton up to Portland to lunch and Build a Bear,, she had been wanting to make another one and was 3 the last time so she don’t really remember doing it. Our first stop was Fudruckers!!! daddy had never been there, (he loved it)

After eating we headed to the Washington Square Mall.. along with 9 million other shoppers (weekend before Christmas, not a good idea) I knew it would be busy but had no clue it would be as bad as it was.. seriously nuts!! but we made the best of it, Peyton had a blast in build a bear, she decided on this tie dye bear, we were going to let brody make one also but he really had no desire.. (so we figured we will wait another year for him)

she seriously took 20 minutes looking thru the whole store at all the clothes and accessories.. then it was time to make the birth certificate (forgot to add the pic of that)

After her bear was done, we up to the food court for some dippin dots! yummmm!!

we did a little shopping, while little man napped in his stroller, then we headed back home.. I think Peyton had a fun 7th Birthday!

TO INFINITY AND BEYOND

Brody is OBSESSED with toy story!! he loves buzz light year (and woody) just like his big brother did too!!!

PEYTON IS 7!!!

On Thur Dec 20th our little Miss Peyton Grace turned 7 years old!!!!! she woke up to gifts waiting to be opened and Elfis brought her a fun little play dough cake making set she had been wanting! After daddy got home we loaded up and met grandma donna and grandma and grandpa nunley at Pietro’s Pizza for dinner and games!

my baby girl is getting so big! 7 just seems a lot older than 6 for some reason : (

Happy Birthday sweet girl! were going to have some more fun Saturday when we take her to Build a Bear!!!
