HONOR ROLL

In February it marked the end of first semester and my big 6th grader Bailey got straight A’s all semester and made honor roll! we are SO very proud of her! she is definitely a hard worker, and always strives to do her best! I didn’t end up being able to go to her awards ceremony that night. I had just gotten over a stomach “thing” and was so tired and blah, but I knew I wanted to be there, but 10 minutes before we were ready to leave brody fell asleep (and ryley wasn't here to watch him he was still at golf practice) so I just stayed home, but brandon took the camera and it turned out I didn’t miss much at all, apparently they don’t call kids up for their awards or nothing you just go and find your award sitting on a table, the principle says a 10 minute speech and that’s it.. (I was disappointed they didn’t do more for these hard working kids!) but it is what it is….. and we were excited for her none the less!

the little asterisk's by her name meant 4.0 gpa (SUPER PROUD!!!)  (only 22 kids (including her) in 6th grade were 4.0 students!)

On Monday the 17th daddy had the day off and no school so we went to lunch at applebees , bailey was taking selfies, brody was brushing his hair with a fork, peyton was slurping her cup, and I apparently was asking the waitress dumb questions… so poor brandon was a tad embarrassed. lol

after that we went to Nordstrom's so I could spend some of my birthday money on some new TOMS, and we got the kids a few new things for vacation coming up! brody was such a good little boy, patiently waiting

so we rewarded him (and the girls) with ice-cream!!!

and had yummy cake, but later that night I ended up getting sick which was the first time in years!!! I hate being sick. still not sure if it was something I ate (since I have crazy food allergies) or a bug.

peyton helped me by changing brody’s diaper all on her own without me even asking : )

brody can reach peytons sock, and underwear drawer so he constantly is digging in there pulling stuff out to put on then comes out in the front room to show us?!?…
