VISITING SANTA

On Sunday Dec 21st after church I took Peyton and Brody to go visit Santa, they did it different this year, they had a cute house that they took each family in 1 at a time and actually spent about 10 minutes each with them.. I was a little annoyed waiting outside for over 30 minutes (and there were only about 3-4 families in front of us when we got there) but it was worth it when we got inside, he was a perfect Santa, he talked to them, asked them questions, even joked and teased with them a little… he was very attentive.. the kids really enjoyed him!

Since Peyton started level 3 competitive gymnastics she now has to be down at the gym 2 nights a week for 4 hours which requires her to eat dinner down there, I try to pack her decent food, (but its tough since I don’t want her getting too full) this night she took chicken noodle soup, crackers and an oranges!

poor baby girl woke up with a tummy bug a week before Christmas.. it REALLY killed the holiday spirit for a few days for the whole fam worrying the next one would get it

after 24 hours she was much better.. and thankfully nobody else in the family got it.. we tried really hard to avoid it!
