HE’S BAAAAAAACK!

On Sat Nov 29th Elfis returned! we had some very anxious excited little ones! peyton was counting down the days for him to come back! I Love hearing them wake up in the morning and squealing with excitement  when they find elfis, they love him!

and of course he brought back all kinds of fun stuff!

and because it was civil war day.. he came in a football jersey!

brody got a new soft elf to play with since his from last year got lost somehow

he also brought a special pet reindeer this year, they were both super excited to have around! (and the story is the cutest!)

they named him “jingles”

were all so happy to have him back! and I cant wait to see what kind of mischief he’s into this year!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving this year over at my aunt and uncle’s house, sadly my mom was sick so we missed her. But the food was yummy and the company was great! I didn’t take very many pictures and I wish I would have brought my camera (but I’ll try to remember that next year)

I love her, (my niece) and I pray she knows just how special she is to our family!

after we left I took bailey and makaela to go see mockingjay.. it was so good!

ITS BEGINNING TO LOOK A LOT LIKE CHRISTMAS…

Sat Nov 22nd was the day we decided to get our tree this year! I just couldn’t wait another day!!! I know it was super early, and we basically had a fire hazard in our house the last couple weeks up until Christmas BUT it sure made us happy! Bailey had stayed the night with a friend and of course ryley didn’t want to come this year, so it was just us and the 2 little ones.. they were excited!

it was chilly but not really cold and wasn’t raining, so that was great! it didn’t take long to find out big fat fluffy tree!

brody tried to copy daddy and chop down a small tree too : )

we decided to get a smaller tree this year (or so we thought) it ended up being super fat and had the biggest stump of any tree we've ever had before!

we had to get a new (much bigger) tree stand to fit the tree, and sadly a week after we got it home and up it fell over and we had to redecorate it all.. it was a mess. so next year we are going to get an even bigger and heavier stand!
