MEAL PLANNING MONDAY

Monday: Parmesan crusted Salmon with greek yogurt, steamed broccoli, wild rice, fruit

Tuesday: Oven baked meatball Subs, chips, fruit

Wednesday: Chicken Yakisoba Noodles, steamed rice

Thursday: Slow cooker Tuscan Tortellini Soup (I add chicken and some heavy cream to it), bread sticks

Friday: make your own French Bread Pizza
