The end of the school year is such an exciting time of year! The sun starts shining, days stay light longer, the hard work from the school year has paid off and lots of memories are made. And one of the first signs that its almost summer is the school carnival! I’m so glad our elementary school still has one, my kids have been going for years and its still fun for them! even bailey went the past couple years, last year she volunteered and this year she met up with some friends and hung out. Peyton had spent the afternoon at her friend Hannah’s house after school that day so she met us there with her family and we all got to walk around and enjoy the carnival together!
we usually always have dinner at the carnival too, its usually hot dogs and chips but sometimes pizza (like this year)
these two wanted to play outside for a bit after we ate.
then it was time for games!
