WRAPPING UP THE SCHOOL YEAR!

I cant believe in 4 more days the school year is over and I’ll have a 2nd, 6th and 10th grader! this school year has went by so fast!!! where did the year go?!?? I thought I’d share some of the recent events that are happily wrapping up the kids school year.

last Wednesday Bailey had her end of season softball pizza party (they won a party for selling all of their fundraiser cards) the girls all got a trophy and brandon and the other coach both got a couple gift cards!

Then Thursday evening Ryley had his end of the year awards ceremony at dairy queen, I wasn’t able to make it because bailey also had a softball game going on at the same time (and peyton also had open house we had to rush too before) but Ryley got his first letter in Golf, he really enjoys golf and were so thankful he has found another sport to play since he has let baseball go the past few years! were SO proud of you ryley!!

and miss Peyton had her open house also on Thursday evening, so she showed us all the books and writing she has worked hard on all year! It’s amazing to see how far she’s come in EVERY way this year! I really am so very proud!

this little letter she wrote about Brody was SO sweet!

we went over to Bailey’s classroom and spoke with her teacher (who adores her) he had told us that each 5th grade teacher (3) had to pick a valedictorian and write a speech to present at the graduation, and that baileys was picked to be the best.. sadly bailey was way to shy to present it even though the teacher asked numerous times and said hers was the best in the classroom, she still declined : (

this picture is funny because its SO bailey!! all of the other cubby’s were pretty messy and there was bailey’s nice and tidy!

Bailey also has been doing some super fun things the last 2 weeks of school, they went on a fun 2 day field trip to magnus tree farm, the old spaghetti factory, and OMSI overnight! she had a blast!! they also have been tie dying shirts, bbq’s, dissecting squids, and other fun things.. and still have some fun to do.. pool party, pizza party at the park, graduation ceremony and field day!

What a great year for all 3 of them!

but hurry up, Summertime! We’re ready for NO MORE SCHOOL so we can enjoy being together!
