GOIN’ TO THE LODGE…

On Wed March 25th we had reservations for the great wolf lodge, we picked amaiya up the evening before so we could leave early that morning and stop for donuts on the way!

after making a quick stop at the nike outlet in Centralia (which was a joke).. we finally got to the lodge around 1:00 which was just in time to check in and swim, luckily our room was ready!

after checking into our room the kids went straight to the waterpark

brody and peyton both loved the wave pool!

after swimming for a couple hours it was around 2:30 and everyone was hungry for lunch so I ran up to Wendy’s and grabbed a bunch of food and we all came up to the room to dry off and eat and relax for awhile.. then it was time to go back down to swim again..

finally around 6:45 we took brody back up to the room to dry off and get in pajamas, while the girls stayed down and swam for awhile longer.. we stopped and bought brody this light up sword from one of the gift shops and activated our wand (that we had from several years ago) so the kids could quest for awhile. as cool as it is.. the game/questing TOTALLY stressed me out! after going up and down stairs and down halls for an hour, brody finally had enough (and so did we lol)

then the girls got out of the pool around 7:45 and got dressed.. and we took peyton and brody down to the lobby for story time

after storytime it was about 9 so the kids did a little more questing while we ordered a pizza from the pizza place in the resort then we ate dinner watched some tv and we all crashed out! the next morning we ate some of our leftover donuts, muffins and some fruit we brought and headed back down to the water park!

we got brody out at about noon and dressed to let him quest for awhile some more, the girls stayed in the water for another hour or so then they got dressed and did some questing too..
