This month I decided to do something different and spell out his age and write some important things about him starting with that letter!
Exceptional Memory-Your memory has really started to amaze us this month, if we ask you if you want to go outside you run to the door and sit down to put your shoes on, or if we say lets take a bath, you run to the bathtub and say “bath”, when we put you in the car you will point to the dvd player and say “emo”, you remember where I put your snacks, where certain toys are, and if I say lets eat you run to your highchair! you also are remembering certain books, the animal sounds and certain pictures like the moon, baby, and flowers.. you know some of your body parts and its so cute to watch you point to them!
Interested- You are starting to become interested in everything!.. the plug ins and outlets amaze you, you have always liked the vacuum, but you are really liking to move and push it now, you love to build with blocks and knock them down. you are interested in watching adults use things like tools, remote controls, computers, and even kitchen appliances. you have always been interested in tv, but it amazes us how long you will sit and watch even a movie?! you LOVE Nemo and toy story, hands down those 2 are your favorites!
Good Boy- You are getting to be such a good boy, don’t get me wrong you are still very strong willed and temperamental, BUT you will also entertain your self a little more, and you are starting to listen better if we tell you no no, when you want to throw down all the books, or dvd’s, or get into the fake plant grass, 75% of the time if we say no, you will stop, which is better than a month ago because before you would not listen AT ALL! so it makes me proud that you are starting to be such a good boy for listening!
Ham~bone- You are SO silly sometimes!! you love to make us laugh, whether its dancing, bonking your head or making silly noises you love to be silly! sometimes you put your binky in sideways and look at us just so we will laugh at you! and of course we ALL laugh!
Tough- Your starting to be such a little tough boy, if you fall or bump your head while outside you just get up and keep on going, I usually make a big deal over it because I never like to see you get owies, but you are just a trooper and shake it off most of the time, guess that’s part of being a boy?! but its ok I will still always baby you even though you act tough : )
Extra smart- Of course I think all of my babies are/were smart, you know things that amaze me, and even though your vocabulary isn’t very big yet you manage to find ways of telling us what you want or need, you point, or make hand movements, or walk over to things, or make sounds even. I already said you have a great memory, I love to watch you interact with other little ones at times to see how you compare. (hopefully church in the fall will give you some new playmates, and get you to use your words!)
Everyone compliments you- It seems like not a day goes by without us getting compliments on how cute you are! you are such a pretty boy but at the same time definitely ALL boy! when we go shopping, out to eat, even at the dr’s office your dr (who sees hundreds of kids) says everytime.. your so cute!
Non-stop playing- We love to watch you play. You still love cars, but you are starting to play with other things also, you like to play with your wooden hammer toy lately and will sit down for up to 10 minutes hammering the little pegs thru the holes. you are also loving books and will actually sit down and listen to me read it, not always all of the book but better than your brother and sisters used to : ).. you love to make a complete mess in the playroom with all of your toys and you always moving from one thing to the next and such a busy boy! You'll often play independently but really enjoy it when we are interacting with you!

You are such a joy! We love you deeply and love watching you grow and learn every day! We love your little attitude and the way that you're shy with strangers but then not shy at all with us! ; ) Thank you for being so precious and for making our house so much fun!
