Last week Peyton got signed up for Swimming lessons thru the Kroc again, this is her 4th time with lessons since she was 18 months old, she loves the water, but still has some fear of going under, she can blow bubbles and put her face in, but when it comes to going all the way under she is hesitant.. the first lesson didn’t go so well, she was freezing (which the water was a little too cold) she had to go potty (even though she kept denying it the couple times I whispered and asked her.. it was pretty obvious : ), and she kept getting water up her poor nose….since she is 6 she is with the big kids now (6-10 year olds are together) although most of them were around her age, but the water was in the deeper area and since she is short it went way up to her neck… so far she don’t care too much for it, but I know its important for her to learn so we will try to stick it out and make the best of it!
